Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (e.g., if delivered on 1st December, returns will be accepted till 8th December).
Note: Returns will not be processed for items marked as “no longer needed”.
Condition of Returned Items
1) Items must be in their original form – unused, unworn, with original packaging, seals, and tags attached.
2) All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if any) must be included.
3) Items will undergo a quality check to ensure they meet return conditions.
4) Products returned in inadequate condition will be sent back to the customer.
Order Cancellation
1) Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling our helpline at 021-38732057
2) If the order is delivered before cancellation, you may refuse to receive the parcel.

Refund Timeline
Bank Deposit: Within 7–12 business days after quality check.
Return Request Rejection
If your return request is not approved, you will be informed of the reason, and your product will be sent back to you without additional shipping charges.
